we plan on getting married this summer and we are expecting a baby in april so i need to find a nice cheap place to have a reception if you know of any please email me our budget is very low and i would prefer to have it indoors at a baltimore location

Just no there is no refunds. I changed my mind I needed a closer venue. I have 500 there if any has a deal they want for it let me know.

NOT SURE about cheap - seems they all add up - but the Zoo was not too bad if you have a smaller group.. also sometimes you can do things in a state park -- just need a tent and caterers - I think Cylburn gardens in Baltimore might be inexpensive?
