Its really not tasting the food that's of importance it if he caterers can nicely prepare and serve 100 people in an elegant way. Overall Martin's is excellent. They have a long standing rep of being superb.I am using them as well but at their Valley Mansion site. Remember it is your day!! Choose foods you and your hubbie like.

Hi Vicky. My sister was very happy with the service there. But, what she did was to hire her own coordinator to work with the people at Martins' this worked out great for her. Somehow the planner (which I now use for my up coming May wedding) worked it out so that she could taste the food. I hope this help you out let me know if you have any other question.

My best friend got married there last August, and it was great. They gave her someone who worked with her helping her with everything she needed. They took care of everything. The food was great, she used her own florist so I am not sure how there's is. If I would recommend their DJ was not the greatest that was her only issue but other then that they were great, if I was getting married down there I would have it there. Hope this helps!

I have been to work related dinners there, the crab cakes were great.
